This was my first time shooting at Engelmann Cellars in Fresno and I loved it! We had perfect weather, a perfect venue, a stunning bride, and probably the most fun wedding reception I've seen in a long time. The groom and his groomsmen were hilarious...what a bunch of great personalities! Here is a brief glimpse of what our day included at Engelmann. Vicki+Kurt= Greatest Couple Ever!

I love, love, LOVE my latest wedding couple! Vicki and Kurt are two wonderfully nice people, and so kind and relaxed on their wedding day. They traveled from Scottsdale to get hitched at Glacier Point with a small and intimate wedding. I was there to capture their ceremony and a short bride and groom session. Here is a little glimpse from their special day in Yosemite!

"Sale" doesn't really seem like the right word, but for lack of a better term, I decided to have a Wedding Sale! I didn't take on a full load of work this year because I was quite nervous to have two kids under the age of two and also try to work all spring and summer. Luckily, my second baby has been a breeze and I now want to fill up all the open dates on my calender through the rest of the year. I can't think of a better wedding to end my 2010 season with! Melissa and Joey were married at the beautiful Paradise Springs Resort on 10/10/10. This was probably one of the most emotional weddings I have ever shot and I loved every second of it! Melissa and Joey are just perfect together.

Now I'm off to have a baby at the end of this month but I will be back in 2011!

Jared & Jenn

I had another amazing shoot a couple weeks ago with another amazing couple! Jared and Jenn were a joy to work with--totally easy going and up for anything. We lucked out in early September with perfect Yosemite weather and NO crowds! The best part about this wedding was the couple was surrounded with their closest family members and Jenn's uncle even married the couple at Glacier Point. We traveled around the park after the ceremony and got some great shots. Enjoy :)

Michelle & David are Engaged!

I was so thrilled to be able to shoot engagement pictures for my good friend Michelle and her wonderful fiance David. They live in New York but I met up with them in Newport Beach last week for Michelle's wedding shower. These two are SO in love and I can't wait for their wedding next month in NYC.

WOW! What a great time I had with this couple! Another long trip out to Yosemite, Jessica and Michael traveled from Indiana to get hitched at Glacier Point. We did a quick loop around the valley to get some pics before heading off to their reception at the Tenaya Lodge. Here is a sample from their big day!

Yosemite Elopement

Pete and Danielle traveled all the way from Kentucky to get married in Yosemite! They brought along a few close family members for an intimate ceremony at the bottom of Lower Yosemite Falls. The waterfalls are amazing right now--they couldn't of picked a more perfect day to get married on. Congrats to Pete and Danielle!

Autumn at Westbrook Wine Farm

Ray and Tammy at Westbrook Wine Farm invited the local photographers to their winery to capture the AMAZING display of fall colors they have right now. WOW! I had no idea just how dramatic these colors would be. Absolutely beautiful! I spent about an hour at the winery with my husband and son in tow--here are some of my favorite shots.

Fresh New Website and Blog

I really haven't done a good job of maintaining my blog or website this past year--but with good reason! A rough pregnancy and the birth of my son pretty much consumed my life. I finally feel like a normal person again and am so excited to get back on the ball with my business! Im starting with the blog and will hopefully have my website revamped by early 2010.
So here is to the best distraction of 2009, my precious baby boy! Thanks for taking over your mom and dad's lives--we are so blessed by you!
